Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Cash checks and verify signatures in compliance with bank regulations.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as credit cards and personal loans.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment at all times.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform mental calculations accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
