Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision while maintaining strict compliance with banking regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer-facing financial services
- Proven expertise in cash handling, transaction processing, and fraud prevention
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin
- Advanced proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
