Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99% accuracy
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries using problem-solving protocols
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) based on client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations (BSA, AML, Reg CC)
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Train new tellers on branch procedures and technology platforms
- Support branch operations by scheduling appointments and updating client records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- 1+ years cash handling experience in retail, hospitality, or banking
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms (mobile apps, online portals)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Colorado Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and credit review per banking standards
