Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and financial product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols for regulatory reporting
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Actively cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet branch targets
- Collaborate with branch management to enhance operational workflows and customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience in a financial setting
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail for transaction accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
