Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and payment issues
- Actively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions efficiently
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and vault duties
- Participate in ongoing training for financial product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and banking software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and FINRA Series 6/63 licensing
