Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Build trust by accurately resolving account inquiries and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Operate teller systems efficiently while maintaining cash drawer accuracy
- Support branch operations through new account assistance and documentation support
- Collaborate with wealth management and business banking teams for complex client needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Required KY state banking license (training provided)
