Responsibilities
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide personalized financial guidance to members regarding accounts, products, and digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to relationship managers
- Actively promote credit union services and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain organized member records and documentation
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless member experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience in financial services
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Arizona Notary Public commission (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
