Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and product recommendations
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Support branch operations through cross-training in new accounts and loan assistance
- Contribute to team goals by identifying cross-selling opportunities for banking products
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
