Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and services
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products (loans, credit cards)
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with lobby services and digital banking support
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and office technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
