Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Identify and cross-sell banking products while maintaining strict regulatory compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records
- Support branch operations through document processing and account maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch performance goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., BSA/AML)
