Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all tax compliance requirements are met.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures accurately and timely.
- Reconcile inventory accounts and assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP or similar) is highly desirable.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
