Responsibilities

  • Manage Daily Transactions: Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are recorded accurately and paid on time.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
  • Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is mandatory.
  • Excel Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
