Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and efficiently using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for 200+ employees
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with attention to detail
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee financial data
- Optimize payroll processes through continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent HRIS systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and VLOOKUP expertise
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adjust hours during peak payroll cycles
