Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments and financial analysis of borrower profiles.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and credit reports to determine creditworthiness.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendations for lending committees.
- Monitor existing portfolio performance and identify early warning signs of delinquency.
- Utilize advanced Excel models to forecast financial scenarios and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to streamline the approval process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in credit analysis or risk management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of credit risk principles, lending standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with flexible hours.
