Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking solutions
- Balance daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies promptly
- Uphold regulatory compliance standards (BSA, AML) and fraud prevention measures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English and basic knowledge of Hawaiian Creole Pidgin beneficial
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with problem-solving mindset
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
