Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and industry standards
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments using provided digital monitoring tools
- Develop/implement compliance policies and procedures with our comprehensive software suite
- Train staff on compliance protocols using our interactive learning management system
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders using our analytics dashboard
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams using our integrated communication platform
- Manage compliance documentation through our secure cloud-based repository
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs
- Strong knowledge of NY State and federal compliance regulations
- Proficiency with compliance software (training provided for proprietary systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification (CRCM, CCEP, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
