Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support annual budgets and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assess the financial impact of business initiatives and new projects.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Perform detailed cost-benefit analyses to support capital allocation and investment decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of accounts and intercompany eliminations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related business function.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Professional certification (CFA, CPA, CMA) is a significant plus.
