Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
