Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and market data to support strategic decision-making
- Create detailed financial models and forecasts for budgeting and planning purposes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives and risk assessments
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Participate in post-training rotation across different finance departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to learn complex financial concepts quickly
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Commitment to completing the full training program
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred
