Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare monthly variance reports and executive dashboards for C-suite leadership
- Lead cost-benefit analyses for federal contract proposals and program expansions
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize financial workflows and compliance
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and risk assessment
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain strict adherence to GAAP and federal procurement regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
