Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget, including forecasting and long-range planning.
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis and performance reviews to identify trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide financial modeling support for new projects.
- Maintain and update financial databases and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Support the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear business insights.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
