Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure financial targets are met
- Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from projected outcomes
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation and compliance support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
