Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses
- Develop financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Monitor KPIs and performance indicators against organizational goals
- Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex data
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
