Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor departmental spending against targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Perform variance analysis and present findings to management in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
