Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to provide actionable insights for client portfolios
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budget reports
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards and executive summaries for stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in banking, fintech, or corporate finance

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
