Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate variance analysis.
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis and trend identification to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish annual budgets and monitor spending against targets.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Present financial data and business insights to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Macros).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and business metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
