Responsibilities
- Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
- Budgeting: Assist in the creation of annual budgets and monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Compliance: Ensure all financial practices adhere to internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Strategic Planning: Provide actionable insights to support long-term strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
