In this role, you will serve as a key partner to leadership, utilizing your analytical skills to drive decision-making and optimize financial performance. You will be responsible for preparing complex financial models, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
