Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to drive business growth.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial projections.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
