Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions and long-term planning.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets.
- Assist in the budgeting process by gathering requirements and preparing projections.
- Monitor financial performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data is utilized across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
