Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and budgeting processes.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, to executive leadership.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow, revenue streams, and operational expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential risks.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and annual financial statements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
