Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budget and forecasts.
- Develop complex financial models to support capital budgeting and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual operating budgets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) or database querying (SQL) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
