Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business planning and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and presentations for executive leadership.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
- Identify trends and variances in financial data to recommend cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
