Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and ongoing budget management for various departments.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and provide financial recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare presentations for executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
