Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and spreadsheets to project future performance and assess profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within financial data and present findings to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial targets and operational strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
