Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate capital expenditures and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings in clear, concise presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and GAAP principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
