Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance, profitability, and growth opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and forecasting tools for accurate budgeting and planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and project evaluations.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
