What You Will Do:
As a key member of our finance team, you will bridge the gap between financial reporting and strategic planning. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and providing executive leadership with the data needed to make critical business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and forecasting to monitor budget vs. actual performance.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
