Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and internal audits.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
