Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the budget preparation process and develop ongoing forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze operating costs and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Data Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques to project future financial scenarios.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies (GAAP/IFRS).
- Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand business challenges and provide actionable financial insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly to stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial documentation.
