Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to establish financial goals.
- Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgeted figures, identifying trends and variances.
- Support the finance team during audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Present financial data and insights to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to non-financial audiences.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
