Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for stakeholders
- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance dashboards and executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects to drive operational efficiency
- Maintain and optimize financial databases using SQL and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and data interpretation abilities
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
