Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize financial records including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Perform data entry for transactions using QuickBooks and Excel
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist with payroll processing and tax document preparation
- Generate financial reports and statements for client review
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies and gather documentation
- Adhere to accounting principles and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
