Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare insightful reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives
- Present financial findings through compelling visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation modeling
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 1-3 years of financial analysis experience or relevant internship experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Proficiency with SQL or Python is highly desirable
