Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for budgeting and planning cycles
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for mergers, acquisitions, and investments
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Certification (CFA, CPA, or FMVA) highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
