Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for strategic business initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking for quarterly business reviews
- Lead ad-hoc financial analyses for M&A activities and market expansion opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
