Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support strategic planning and forecasting
- Develop detailed financial models, budgets, and variance reports for department heads
- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with investment and operations teams to evaluate new business opportunities
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
