Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business planning and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and executive summaries.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new product launches and operational changes.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental spending to ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and SQL.
- CFA or CPA certification is a significant plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
