Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and assess business scenarios.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide insights for executive decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requests and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-backed recommendations.
