Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict future performance and trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and projected results.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational costs and improve profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
